First of all thanks for having a chat and WELCOME TO THE GEEK OF OZ CREW! What can we expect to see from you? Eve: Delighted to be a part of the team! I’ll be writing about the many awesome aspects of cosplay, be it features and interviews of talented cosplayers, tutorials or any other hot topic in the community. I'm really excited to bring the world of cosplay through my eyes to Geek of Oz. 

Released a couple of weeks ago now, Iron Man: Rise of Technovore is the latest anime collaboration between Marvel and Madhouse. If any characters would benefit from the incredible mech design sensibilities that Madhouse has to offer, it'd be Iron Man and War Machine. Just when you thought the shelves were full of comic book properties, Marvel and anime superstars Madhouse join forces yet again to present the feature length Iron Man: Rise of Technovore.  Directed by the man behind Texhnolyze , Rise of Technovore features a fistful of cameos from some of the Marvel U's most recognisable characters including Hawkeye, Black Widow, Nick Fury and THE PUNISHER! Set for release on Blu Ray and DVD Australia wide on April 24th, Iron Man: Rise of Technovore will be another great addition to any geeks DVD shelf. Holy frijoles true believers, it's only 8 more sleeps until The Avengers ASSEMBLE! By the time we are through, we'll be able to stitch all of these clips together and watch the final film. But, until then lets watch 2 brand new clips of Loki being trapped like the rat that he is and Steve Rogers and the Odinson smacking down with a bunch of metal mongrels.

It's nearly game time. The coach has given his rousing speech, the players are ready and the crowd is on the edge of their seats. This is the culmination of all previous games. With an almost unbeaten record, The Avengers are ready to take the field. I can't quite explain just how excited I am to see this film so in the meantime, follow on after the jump and check out two all new featurettes from Marvel's THE AVENGERS!

If you didn't realise by now, I am the giddiest man-child in town all due to my acute case of Avengers fever! The hours cannot move fast enough for my liking. Sure I'd be closer to death but I'd also be closer to seeing the worlds greatest super team on the big screen! Black Widow kicks some serious butt, taking it all in her stride without missing a beat. Ok, while I breath into this paper bag, you watch this brand new clip! Avengers, ASSEMBLE!

Check your calendars, true believers! In just over a months time The Avengers will assemble on cinemas screen world wide. I will finally see Earth's mightiest heroes come together on the big screen, the realisation of a childhood dream. My favourite super team is almost here. Wow, just wow! Little known fact, the silver foil covered Avengers vol. 1 #363 by Bob Harras and Steve Epting was the very first comic book that I bought with my own money all the way back in 1993. I read that book from cover to cover an incredible amount of times, certainly getting my moneys worth.  So it should be no surprise that I am waiting with bated breath for The Avengers to hit the big screen. Seeing them all separately has been great but seeing them together is going to be the realisation of a childhood dream. So without further ado, here is the newest trailer from the good folks at Disney!
