Tomb Raider Gameplay Walkthrough lets Lara Shine

I have many a fond memory of playing Tomb Raider. It was a revolutionary adventure game with challenging puzzles and, at the time, cutting edge graphics. After a long hiatus, the lass is back and she looks better than ever.

Follow on after the jump for an advanced look at Croft's new skills as she attempts to secure her title as "The Drake Killer!".


This video walkthrough will demonstrate Lara’s combat skills and strategy choices, and how she uses her Survival Instincts to navigate to points of interest on the island.

Part one of this guide shows Lara tactically evading a hostile Scavenger den, adapting to dangerous situations, and learning combat skills to overcome the island’s threatening inhabitants.

Stay tuned for part two which looks at how enemies adjust their attacks depending on Lara’s approach to combat and an introduction to the Challenge Tombs.

Reese Witherspoon is having a moment and it’s a pleasure to see. It is so satisfying to witness that the actress who gave us the utterly original and terrifying, Tracy Flick, has still so many more surprises for us.
