Batman: Arkham Knight Ltd Ed and Australian Release Details

Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and DC Comics have confirmed the release date and inclusions in TWO special edition releases for the much anticipated Batman: Arkham Knight. Two words: transforming Batmobile.

With Two Collector’s Editions

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today announced Batman™: Arkham Knight is scheduled to release in Australia on June 3, 2015, and in New Zealand on June 4, 2015.  Also revealed, are two collector’s editions – Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition and Batman: Arkham Knight Batmobile Edition.  Both will be available in limited quantities at launch in Australia and New Zealand for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft.  Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition will also be available in Australia and New Zealand for PC.

Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition (available at EB Games and JB Hi-fi only) will include:

  1. Why isn't the Batmobile Edition available for PC? I don't have a PS4 or an Xbox One, and am looking to get neither in the near future. What I do have though is a fairly powerful computer that's rearing for some new games. I took one look at this and said "F**k the statue, I WANT THAT THING!!"

    One google search later and I find that the Batmobile is Console only... Who in the world made that decision? Seriously! All you would have to do is change out the model, because both the Limited Edition and Batmobile Edition are the same. If that's not possible, why not just swap out the disc for one of the console versions and lower the price? It's not that hard Rocksteady, and you'd move more stock that way.

    Well... I'll guess I'll have to stick with the Batman statue. Not that I mind, I just would've preferred the Batmobile.
